Tara's House Animal Rescue, Inc

Tara's House Adoption Application

Ready to adopt a Tara's House dog?  If so, please complete our online adoption application below and submit when completed.  This is our preferred method of receiving applications and allows us to process your application much more quickly.  Applicants must complete the application in its entirety by answering every question.  For those questions that do not apply please answer with 'N/A'.  We DO NOT accept applications from other animal rescues.

Our goal is to find the best possible home for each dog we rescue.  To do that, we try to match each dog's characteristics, because each dog has unique characteristics and needs, with the attributes you identify in your application.  Additionally, we look at the type of environment you can provide during our initial review.  In our experience, the effort we undertake to match our dogs to families pays off in terms of successful adoptions for you and our dogs.  All of the questions included help us accomplish our goal.

Please note we do not release the information regarding our review of your application or the information collected from your references to make our decision to approve or deny each application.

If you are completing this application to be considered for our Foster Program, please enter 'Would like to Foster' where asked to list the dogs you are interested in adopting.  If you cannot adopt at this time, but would like to help the rescued pets in our care, consider Sponsoring a dog today?
